Over the past year the Broadband Subcommittee of Durham Connect has been working on a report showing which residential and business properties within Durham are able to access broadband service, and proposing what actions should be taken, and by whom, to provide affordable and reliable access to those Durham residents who don’t currently have it.
That report – “Broadband in Durham” – has now been completed, and it will be discussed by the town board at its meeting at 7:30 pm on Tuesday October 5. Members of the public are welcome to attend. The meeting will be at the Durham Town Hall, 7309 State Route 81, East Durham, NY.
